General terms and conditions
1. DEFINITIONS:
In these conditions is meant:
-the entrepreneur: Akkadica.vzw.
-the customer: the natural person who deals with the entrepreneur.
2. CONDITIONS:
The general terms and conditions apply to every offer and / or quotation between the entrepreneur and the customer, as well as the execution of the agreement.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these general conditions at any time and without explicit notice. The general conditions that apply are the published conditions on the date of the purchase.
3. AGREEMENT:
The agreement is established when the customer has paid the order and the entrepreneur has confirmed the order to the customer by e-mail. As long as the receipt of the order is not confirmed by the entrepreneur, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.
4. PRODUCT PRICE:
The prices of the offered products are in Euro and inclusive of VAT for the private individual and exclusively for the merchants Orders are accepted from € 40 (excluding transport costs).
5. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT METHOD:
All orders are payable in cash. For this the customer can use the following payment method: payment via homebank or bank transfer.
6. DELIVERY COSTS:
The delivery cost is always clearly indicated to the customer during the settlement. The delivery cost is added to the product price or to the total of the different product prices.
The shipping costs vary from country to country and the weight of the packages
The delivery cost includes VAT and is in Euro.
7. DELIVERY TERM:
All products are available from stock. In case a product and / or products are not in stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail within 5 working days and the new delivery day will be communicated.
The products are delivered between 2 to 5 working days after confirmation of the order, provided that the customer's details are correct. The customer may terminate the contract free of charge and without notice if the entrepreneur can not deliver within 30 days.

8. DISPUTES:
All disputes relating to a sales contract fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district, where Belgian law is exclusively applicable.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of the product or products to return the product or products without reason.
The customer must make a written notification of the withdrawal and this by filling in the "withdrawal form" or by issuing another unambiguous statement (by e-mail or writing) in which he declares to withdraw from the contract.
The customer may not return the product or products until he / she has made a written notification of the right of withdrawal.
The customer must take into account the following points:
the costs for the return are always at the expense of the customer.

The return shipments are always at the customer's risk. Lost or damaged goods from returned products are not the responsibility of the entrepreneur.
- the product and / or products must be complete including accessories, instructions for use, etc.
- the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- the product or products may or may not have been used yet.
- dirty products are not accepted.
- personalized or custom-made products are never taken back.
If the return shipment does not meet these conditions, then these are not eligible for reimbursement.
10. FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL:
The customer can find the form:
a) in the form of PDF.
b) Via the form on your confirmation email of your order
c) Fill in online on our website and send it via our website.
The entrepreneur immediately informs the customer of the receipt of the withdrawal.
11. RETURN OF TERMS:
The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the "withdrawal form". The amount is refunded including the initial delivery cost. If the return is only in possession of NA after 14 days, after the completion of the "withdrawal form"
